The 54-foot-tall inflatable yellow sculpture drifted into Victoria Harbor and docked beside the city’s iconic skyline. It is intended to spread joy throughout the world much like the child’s toy that inspired it. But this duck is not just for children. “I see it as an adult thing. It makes you feel young again,” Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman told CNN. “It refers to your childhood when there was no stress or economic pressure, no worry about having to pay the rent.”

We do like the odd broche, especially these made from old dutch stamps and embellished with silver trimmings and pearls. Really highly original and affordable, they also carry a very nice range of decorated cameo’s. Located in the design capital of Holland, Eindhoven.
