We love a fresh fruity dessert; fresh fruit with some prosecco and an ice popsickle. Simple and very effective.

Banoffee pie, we love it at T.N.H. Very easy to make. 1. make with melted butter and crushed digestive biscuits a layer in a glass. Put on top sliced bananas. Boil a tin of condensed milk for 1 hour until it becomes a golden caramel and pour gently over the bananas let it chill for a couple of hours. Top it of with whipped cream and grated chocolate. Delicious!

We love prawn cocktails, but i am all ways missing a little freshness. So I mix in between the fresh prawns some Menthe leaves! To add an interesting effect i serve them with some lime zest!

Figues and bacon; a simple but yet delicious way to eat figues. I all ways make them with some fresh rosemary between figue and bacon, 5 minutes under the grill 180 degrees Celsius and then 10 minutes on low temperature.

Banoffi pie, this classic English dessert is really easy to make. I all ways make it in a nice glass so you can see the layering. Make with melted butter and biscuit crumbles a thin layer at the bottom of the glass. Put in the fridge for a couple of hours. Meanwhile put in boiling water a tin of sweetened condensed milk for 2,5 hours, the milk will turn into dulce de leche. Put on top of the crumbles slices of bananas and pour the dulce de leche over the bananas. Top off with whipped cream and chocolate bits. Delicious!

The perfect tea: preferable served in a small silver teapot with a little pot on the side for hot water. My favourite: Marco Polo mix from Mariage Freres
