Musings of Nico Tijsen
I love fresh picked garden roses, they make such a beautiful bouquet. I place them on a silver plate so the colour gets even deeper through refelection.

We love Shells combined with Tillandsia, decorate them randomly on a big bowl for a nonchalance effect.

Back in time , a single Chrysanthemum in an orange vase. A single flower can make a nice statement.

I love layering especially in the Christmas season. Such as in the french glass lanterns. Make sure you fill up the corners so the layerig keeps intact.

The Nicolicious rose featured here in a very delicate arrangement, just 3 roses and a little grossgrain ribbon makes this a Nicolicious piece de milieu.

Mixed flowers can be so beautiful. This combination of Chrysantemums, roses and berries, just in a cement pot. Simply stunning.

The Nicolicious Rose™ The world’s finest roses are nurtured in the exotic landscapes of Ecuador. Where the snow capped volcanos rise dramatically up to six thousand meters, artisan horticulturalists nurture strong, vibrant, long stemmed roses, bathed in sunshine from dawn to dusk.! This is where Nico Tijsen selected to design and grow the Nicolicious Rose™, a symbol to celebrate his 25 years as Creative Director of Riviera Maison, and his roots in floral design. ! The unique Nicolicious Rose™ achieves both aesthetic refinement and design flexibility. The petals are iridescent silver and gray, enveloping a gentle mauve heart. The scent captures the sweet and delicate roses of his mother’s garden from his childhood. Long stemmed with a generous flower, it is a stunning compliment to all interiors!

Hydrangea’s are all ways nice to decorate with. Different size vases do make a nice combo. The Hydrangea is combined with Ornithogalum flowers.
