Alfa 1300 junior one of my favourite sportscars. The Alfa Romeo 105/115 series Coupés were a range of cars made by the Italian manufacturer Alfa Romeo from 1963 until 1977. They were the successors to the celebrated Giulietta Sprint coupé and used a shortened floorpan from the Giulia Berlina car.

The MGB is a sports car launched by MG Cars in May 1962, replacing the MGA. Introduced as a four-cylinder roadster, a coupé with 2+2 seating was added in 1965. In addition, the six-cylinder MGC was launched in 1967, and a later derivative, the MGB GT V8 fitted with the Buick-based Rover V8, replaced it from 1973 to 1976. MGB/MGC production continued until October 1980 by the British Motor Corporation and its successors, British Motor Holdings and British Leyland Motor Corporation.

The Aston Martin DB-5 is a luxury grand tourer that was made by Aston Martin and designed by the Italian coachbuilder Carrozzeria Touring Superleggera. Released in 1963, it was an evolution of the final series of DB4. The DB series was named honouring David Brown (the head of Aston Martin from 1947–1972). The DB5 is famous for being the first and most recognised cinematic James Bond car, first appearing in Goldfinger (1964).

A recent test drive near Sainte Maxime did make us go crazy over the Mini Countryman Cooper S. The driveability is amazing on curvy roads. Although the car lookes small the inner space is luxuries and spacious. We where smitten over this beauty.

I felt I was part of a Louis de Funes movie when I saw this Mehari in a pitoresque village in France. The Citroën Méhari is a utility car and off-roader produced by the French automaker Citroën. 144,953 Méharis were built between 1968 and 1988. A Méhari is a type of fast-running dromedary camel, which can be used for racing or transport. A Méhariste was a French Armée d’Afrique and Army of the Levant cavalryman that used these camels.
