Comeback: One of the most popular plants in the 70-ties is on a comeback the Nephrolepis fern. This plant adds a certain freshness in your interior. The Nicolicious tip on this plant is, think big and in an old terra cotta pot. Loves a bit of shade and needs a lot of water.

Nicolicious on flowers, This enchanting bouquets of Dahlia,s and berries i hand picked from the garden of the Tijsen mansion. When you make a bouquet from a garden always use nice foliage to create a nice form, and turn the stems all in the same direction clockwise.

Step outside the comfort circle and dare to be different. By just adding a few Peacock feathers and some red long grass leaves this bouquet is elevated to a piece of art. A very temporary one but..

Nicolicious on table tops. This lovely piece de milieu was presented on a very engaging dinner party which attend. The whole look and feel was very Scandinavian and had a crisp look and feel. The Nicolicious lesson from this is: one doesn’t need an ostentatious bouquet to make a statement!

Quick effect: Put a handful of rose petals in a classic fish bowl. Instant colour, instant effect. I sometimes do this at dinner parties in small water glasses and put them next to the dinner plate!
