Nicolicious on the men winter wardrobe: I love an understated chique look for the coming season. I decided to go to Jurc in Eindhoven for the upcoming it -look, a small boutique with lots of designer labels. The ever so charming owner does also the buying, and he sure knows what is hip and happening. A tight tailored Paul Smith jacket in dark blue rib-cord combined with a black waist coat of Dries van Noten and a pair of trousers of Paul Smith. It is sure worth the trip to the Kleine Berg, they also do a very good ladies collection.

Nicolicious on hats: The classic Panama hat can only be worn when temperatures rises above 32 degrees Celsius and preferable in countries around the Mediterranean. Wearing this lovely hat it occur to me that they would also be very nice on a wall, 20 or more to make a statement, very Nicolicious.

Nicolicious on clothing: What to wear on a wedding which had over 300 guests. Always difficult one doesn’t want to overwhelm the happy couple, so I opted for a simple tailor made suit made of a light cotton. To make it more festive I wore a blue and white striped tie. Nicolicious on perfume. My favourite summer fragrance Virgin Island Water, if I close my eyes I instantly drift away and think that I am on that island. Creed is a very old brand from France dated back from 1760 they make the most delicate fragrances and also make Prince Charles his favourite fragrance “Green Irish Tweed “.This one has a more woody tones and is to me a more autumn kind of perfume
