Nicolicious: Tuna Burger,this signature dish is so delicious! A fried tuna on a bun; add asparagus and sea kraal as a dressing i use wasabi mayonnaise. Nicoliciously delicious!

Televisions;a nightmare in every well decorated house. Let me revile a my personal advice just place a classic painting on a sliding bar,so when you are not watching ,it looks like it is just a painting! If you have more space it can also be very nice to put the television in an antique cabinet, or if there is next to a window lots of wall space just extend the curtains so you can hang the television behind them.

Nicolicious on London: A one day shopping trip possible, yes with this report you can. Take an early flight to London City Airport( never Heathrow, a nightmare).The route starts at Marylebone highstreet top end, this charming streets has lots to offer: the Conran store,White company,some nice boutiques ans pubs. This street has still some rural charm. At the end of this street turn left and walk to St Christophers Street : a lovely alley full of shops. You will reach oxford street go left after a few hundred meters turn right into South Molton street. Keep an eye on shops such as Browns,and Kurt Geiger,turn left at the end of the street,you are reaching Bond Street. Designer boutiques are everywhere, Jo Malone just introduced a new black fragrance, check this out! At Bond Street turn right ,needless to say every brand has a flagship store here, I love it. Did you know that the queen buys her gifts at Asprey’s. The windows are very inspiering. Ralph Lauren has his largest European store here. The basement has a well equipped home department, the rooms are very very well decorated a must see! I walk through the Burlington Arcade which stocks shops for vintage Jaeger le Coultre watches and fine cashmere. Keep on walking through the Princess arcade at the end of this arcade you will find James street specialised in tailored shirts.This is the moment to jump in a cab, to Brompton Cross corner Fullham road.I have a quick glance at the Bibendum an old Michelin building.( nice for a quick salad). Walking down Fullham road with again a charming Ralph Lauren store and some other posh brands. I turn left at Sydney street and left again at Kings Road this street has lots of interior shops such as Designers Guild, William Yeoward a Heals store and lots of nice boutiques, at Sloane square I turn into Sloane Street ( It is like the dutch PC). At the end is Harvey Nichols a lovely designers department store, after a glass of champagne at the 5 th floor I take a taxi to the airport. So thats how you do a one day shopping in London.

Nicolicious on perfume. My favourite summer fragrance Virgin Island Water, if I close my eyes I instantly drift away and think that I am on that island. Creed is a very old brand from France dated back from 1760 they make the most delicate fragrances and also make Prince Charles his favourite fragrance “Green Irish Tweed “.This one has a more woody tones and is to me a more autumn kind of perfume

Think outside the box, small flowers in the bathroom or hallway can be enough to get the right feeling.
