We love to collect these little blue houses, but what can one do with it. Personally i do not like them on a cabinet, but carefully put in a glass bowl they do make a nice statement.

We just found the perfect spot for a surfers holiday; located an hour from Hamburg. This is kite surfers heaven. The best place to stay id the Beach Motel in st Peters Ording. Nice and spacious rooms for the young surf dudes, beautiful East Coast architecture, and a nice relaxing lobby.

We love prawn cocktails, but i am all ways missing a little freshness. So I mix in between the fresh prawns some Menthe leaves! To add an interesting effect i serve them with some lime zest!
